The development of a fruit spoilage detection system originates from the need to reduce agricultural product losses, a global issue affecting both the agricultural and food distribution industries. Spoiled fruit can negatively impact product quality and result in significant economic losses. The primary goal of this system is to assist in screening and removing unsuitable fruit from the supply chain, thereby preserving product quality and meeting consumer demands for fresh produce. The system was designed to simulate the sorting process by utilizing images as a key factor in detecting spoiled fruit. Experimental results demonstrated high efficiency and rapid prediction capabilities, highlighting the system’s potential for practical applications.

In a world increasingly focused on sustainability and reducing environmental impact, DreamHigh is pioneering an innovative approach to packaging solutions using mycelium—a natural, biodegradable, and renewable material derived from fungi. Our mission is to revolutionize the packaging industry by offering eco-friendly alternatives that not only reduce waste but also align with global efforts to combat climate change. Mycelium packaging offers a compelling alternative to traditional plastic and Styrofoam packaging, which contribute significantly to environmental pollution. It is fully biodegradable, compostable, and capable of breaking down in natural environments within weeks, leaving no toxic residues behind. Additionally, mycelium-based products are lightweight, durable, and customizable, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, from consumer goods packaging to protective shipping materials. DreamHigh’s business plan outlines a scalable production process leveraging advanced mycelium cultivation techniques and partnerships with local agricultural sectors to utilize agricultural waste as a key raw material. This not only ensures cost-efficiency but also supports a circular economy by repurposing waste that would otherwise be discarded.

Diabetes is a significant global health issue, particularly due to complications related to diabetic wounds. Studies indicate that approximately 15-25% of diabetic patients develop foot ulcers, with more than 50% of severe cases leading to amputation. This results in a substantial decline in the quality of life for patients. Current treatments for diabetic wounds face challenges such as antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections and delayed wound healing, highlighting the need for innovative solutions to accelerate the healing process and reduce the risk of limb loss. Cotylelobium lanceolatum Craib, a medicinal plant long utilized in traditional Thai medicine, is known for its anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. This study focuses on developing an extract from Cotylelobium lanceolatum Craib in the form of nano silver (Nano Silver) to enhance the effectiveness of diabetic wound treatment. Nano silver technology enables deeper penetration into the skin, provides potent antibacterial activity, and promotes wound healing by reducing inflammation and stimulating tissue regeneration. The development of nano silver derived from Cotylelobium lanceolatum Craib extract is expected to help reduce chronic wounds in diabetic patients, lower the risk of infection, and decrease the incidence of limb amputation and mortality associated with diabetic wound complications. This research represents a significant step toward creating a safer and more effective treatment alternative for diabetic wound care.

The project uses artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning to develop a smart police system (Smart Police) to analyze the identity of individuals and vehicles suspected of involvement in crimes. The system uses CCTV cameras to detect people with concealed weapons and track vehicles involved in crimes. The system also sends alerts to the police when a crime is detected. The Smart Police system is a collaboration between the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, the Provincial Police Region 2, the Chachoengsao Foundation for Development, and the Smart City Office of Chachoengsao Province. The system is designed to prevent and deter crime, increase public safety and order, and build a network of cooperation between the government, the private sector, and the community. The system is currently under development, but it has the potential to be a valuable tool for law enforcement. The system could help to reduce crime and improve public safety in Chachoengsao Province and other parts of Thailand.
