The Department of Engineering Education at KMITL offers courses in power electronics laboratory practices, which require the use of expensive imported training kits. This results in a loss of national revenue due to the purchase of these imported kits. Therefore, the developers propose a power electronics training kit that offers equivalent or superior functionality to the imported ones while being more cost-effective, making it suitable for student experiments.

The goal of the processed pineapple study is to reduce the number of pineapples wasted as a result of climate change and to determine the best way for processing different pineapple species. The drying method, also known as dehydration, is chosen for processing because it is appropriate for the variety's features and will provide the maximum benefit while reducing waste, resulting in the most value for the product. This study was carried out to develop the processing of new kinds, use various processing principles to adapt to this pineapple variety, raise the value of agricultural goods, significantly reduce waste, and provide marketing potential in the future.

Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is a key pathogen in periodontal disease, damaging periodontal ligaments and alveolar bone through biofilm formation. D-LL-31, an engineered antimicrobial peptide, exhibits superior biofilm-killing ability compared to conventional treatments, while DNase I enhances its efficacy by disrupting the biofilm matrix. This study evaluated the combined effects of D-LL-31 and DNase I on A. actinomycetemcomitans biofilms. Results showed that D-LL-31 effectively eradicated biofilms, and its combination with DNase I further enhanced biofilm disruption without cytotoxicity to gingival epithelial cells. The D-LL-31 and DNase I combination shows potential for development as a mouthwash to improve oral health and combat periodontal disease.

The use of chemical herbicides in agriculture has raised concerns due to its adverse effects on farmers' health, environmental sustainability, and consumer safety. Paraquat, a widely used herbicide, has been banned in Thailand. In response to this issue, this research focused on the development of natural herbicide products as an alternative to conventional chemical herbicides. The study involved the extraction of bioactive compounds from selected plants with potential herbicidal properties and evaluating their effectiveness in controlling target weeds. The results indicated that the developed natural herbicide demonstrates significant weed control efficiency. Additionally, this product can be applied to organic farming systems, reducing reliance on hazardous chemicals and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. The development of this natural herbicide served as an essential step toward environmentally friendly and safe agricultural solutions.
